The full terms of use are published in the footer of every page on r04cpu. You can also find a direct link inside your account dashboard under the 'Legal' tab. We keep the language plain and update the document whenever terms change materially.

Log into your account, go to Settings, then Privacy, and select 'Request Data Export'. We send a downloadable file to your registered email within 7 working days. The file includes profile details, transaction history and communication logs tied to your account.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the legal inbox or the in-app privacy panel. We delete profile and behavioural data within 30 days. Transaction records that Indian financial regulations require us to retain are archived securely and are not used for any marketing purpose.

We share data only with payment processors such as the UPI network, Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with fraud-prevention services. We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

We notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. The notification explains what changed and why. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you have accepted the updated terms. You can always close your account if you disagree.

Access to r04cpu depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If regulations in your state or territory restrict access, you will see a notice explaining your eligibility. We do not override applicable legal restrictions on account access.
